Grant Calendar:

Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis strives to award high impact grants of $100,000 or more to at least one nonprofit in our community in one or more of the five focus areas. The amount of funds we have to award will be determined in early January of each year. We request 2010 Letter of Inquiry proposals be submitted online by January 15, 2010 by 5 p.m. We use a four-step grant winnowing process (Letter of Inquiry, Full Application, Site Visit and Finalist Presentation to Members) led by volunteer Impact members who winnow down the applicant pool in each focus area. The recipient(s) will be announced the evening of June 9, 2011.

Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis welcomes proposals from an organization classified as a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for supporting organizations.

Timeline for 2011-2012 Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis Grants

November 14, 2011	Letter of Inquiry (LOI) application/link available at impact100indy.org
January 19, 2012	Announcement of Grant Amount(s) for 2012 at Membership Social Event
January 19, 2012	Letters of Inquiry (LOI) due by 7pm (electronic submission only)
February 20, 2012	Applicants notified if their LOI is declined or if they are invited to submit a full grant application
Early March, 2012	Information meetings with FAC representatives and nonprofits invited to submit a full grant application
March 15, 2012	Full grant applications due by 5pm
April 20-27, 2012	Site Visits to Semifinalists
May 7, 2012	Committee Finalists selected and notified; all others declined by this date
Late May (TBD), 2012	Nonprofits Finalists Luncheon with FAC Chairs
Early June (TBD), 2012	Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis annual meeting with finalist presentations and vote
