The following is a comprehensive list of downloadable documents used in the Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis grant process. Documents are available in both MSWord and Adobe Acrobat Versions. MSWord versions allow you to complete the form in Word and print it out for delivery to Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis. Forms may be completed in either format for grant consideration. Letter of Inquiry: Due by 7 p.m. on January 23, 2007. Each applicant must submit a Letter of Inquiry on the form provided by Impact 100 no later than the above deadline using the online links provided on this web site. Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis will not accept a faxed or e-mailed Letter of Inquiry and the Letter of Inquiry must be received by the deadline. Impact 100 members will review all of the submitted letters of Inquiry and, on or before Feb. 23, 2007, invite certain organizations to complete a Full Grant Application. Impact 100 will acknowledge each Letter of Inquiry received.
Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis requires that the grant recipient submit periodic progress reports. Impact 100 Indianapolis emphasizes the use of evaluation to measure program progress and outcomes, promote learning from the experience, improve program performance and encourage grantees to build effective self-evaluation plans into their projects.
